The assessment measures a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.
PPA (Personality Profile Analysis)
-This is an assessment which enables employers to evaluate a candidate’s character traits in a more in-depth way to determine whether they will be a suitable fit for a role as well as how they prefer to communicate with others.
TEIQUE (Thomas’ Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire -This test assesses candidates’ character and personality traits related to emotional intelligence. It also assesses the individual’s ability to cope with and react to the emotions of those surrounding them and the manner in which they manage their interpersonal relationships.
HPTI (High Potential Trait Indicator) -This assessment measures conscientiousness, adjustment, curiosity, risk approach, ambiguity acceptance and competitiveness.
GIA (General Intelligent Assessment) -This test assesses an individual’s general cognitive ability, the ability to use reasoning to solve problems at the level normal requires to complete secondary school. It can also serve as an alternative to a high school education requirement.
