About Me

My story

I am a self-starter who is goal-driven, dynamic, and passionate in my dealings with people and business. I am an excellent communicator and networker with well-developed interpersonal skills. I can form trusted relationships with subordinates, clients as well as superiors.

A Teacher and Academic at heart, I find it possible (and very interesting at that!), to engage with people as well as concepts. Developing links between these is supported by my listening skills, as well as engagement with people without being judgemental.

The experience gathered over the years, as well as educational exposure like Psychology, Education, Ethics, across different sectors and industries, is a base for my ability to engage with individuals at all levels: young people and school children, adults, all level employees- including Labour Union representatives and Executives alike-Contactable clients, past and present can attest to that!

Psycometrics
Assessments

Helping individuals and organizations with the evaluation of a candidate's performance. Zooming into aspects such as skills, knowledge,m abilities, personality traits, attitudes, academic potential. It's a simple 3 stage test: Aptitude test, behavioral tests, and technical assessments. Let me help you place the best candidates in the right organizations.

Talent Management

We help you by minimizing the pain of hiring, by assisting you with identifying the best-fit candidate. We also help you identify and engage high performers. Some of the tools we use are: The Hogan Assessment Hogan Personality Inventory -Hogan Development Survey Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory -This triad measures what has become known as the ‘light side’, the ‘dark side’ and the ‘inside’ of personality. Used extensively worldwide, they are invaluable to those companies wishing to select and develop their employees.

EQ-I 2.0 The assessment measures a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

PPA (Personality Profile Analysis) -This is an assessment which enables employers to evaluate a candidate’s character traits in a more in-depth way to determine whether they will be a suitable fit for a role as well as how they prefer to communicate with others.

TEIQUE (Thomas’ Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire -This test assesses candidates’ character and personality traits related to emotional intelligence. It also assesses the individual’s ability to cope with and react to the emotions of those surrounding them and the manner in which they manage their interpersonal relationships.

HPTI (High Potential Trait Indicator) -This assessment measures conscientiousness, adjustment, curiosity, risk approach, ambiguity acceptance and competitiveness.

GIA (General Intelligent Assessment) -This test assesses an individual’s general cognitive ability, the ability to use reasoning to solve problems at the level normal requires to complete secondary school. It can also serve as an alternative to a high school education requirement.
